Lovely hotel in an ideal location for Europa park. Staff friendly and can understand basic English, decent breakfast and our family room was spacious and could see the park from window. We came in by train and they even give us a lift to Ringsheim train station for our return journey. Overall very happy

We had an amazing time by the relaxing river, with a perfect location so close to the park. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the air conditioning system and the efficient Wi-Fi connection. the helpful staff, especially Tatjiana, provided extraordinary service to guarantee our needs were met.
The interior of the room might seem old fashioned for some guests' taste.

Great location, close to an amusement park and other attractions. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. Rooms are well-maintained and the breakfast is delicious.
The WiFi connection is unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. The noise from outside can be bothersome at times, making it challenging to have a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us: it was very close to Europa Park, just a short walk away, and also right next to a pretty river. We loved being able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The hotel was also very clean and had excellent facilities, including on-site parking and air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the warmer days. The breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
